Stephen has spent time learning more about the challenges facing the brave young men and women who serve in our Armed Forces. In 2008 he spent twenty days attached to the Royal Marines which included a visit to troops serving in Helmand Province, Afghanistan.
Stephen has campaigned against attempts in Wales to prevent members of the Armed Forces from visiting local schools. He believes that our troops are among the finest role models for young people in Britain today.
The 14th Signals Regiment is based at Cawdor Barracks close to Haverfordwest and a number of serving personnel and their families are constituents of Stephen's.
