About the surgery

 
These surgeries enable constituents to meet with Stephen and raise their issues and concerns directly with him.
Constituency Surgeries are usually extremely busy with a number of people attending.  Please remember that meetings are scheduled to last  20 minutes.  As a courtesy to other people it is requested that you keep to this timing.  It is therefore important to think carefully about the help you would like Stephen to provide and to keep to the facts.  If there is supporting paperwork it would be helpful if copies are made in advance and given to Stephen at the meeting.  Stephen will normally be accompanied by his assistant.

Making an appointment

Appointments are made by contacting Adele Jones at the Constituency office on 01437 767555 or via email jonesad@parliament.uk  Adele will record your details and an outline of the case and provide you with the time and date for your meeting.

 
In addition to the regular surgeries there are staff available in the constituency office in Haverfordwest on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday between 11am-1pm  who will be happy to deal with your case. No appointment is necessary but please be aware that it will be strictly first come first served and you may need to wait. Outside of these hours Stephen's staff are very happy to deal with your concerns by phone, email or post.
